Where we ship. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Denmark.

 

What it costs. Standard shipping is free on orders of 299 DKK and up, shown in your local currency at checkout. Below that, a small flat rate applies and is shown clearly before you pay. There are no hidden costs at checkout.

 

When it arrives. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Typical delivery after dispatch: United States and Canada, 8 to 18 days. United Kingdom, 7 to 20 days. Australia and New Zealand, 11 to 20 days. Denmark, 7 to 20 days. We would rather give you an honest window than a promise we can't keep. The moment your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link and can follow it to your door.

 

Customs and import charges. Depending on your country, an import charge may occasionally apply at delivery. Any such charge is set by your local customs authority, not by us, and we're working toward collecting everything at checkout so nothing surprises you.
