Returns and refunds
Take 30 days. If the Avorel Shower Head isn't your best shower, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. We'll pay the return postage. No restocking fees, no questions you have to defend.
How it works
- Write to support@avorelco.com with your order number, or request a return directly from your account page.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label.
- Once the carrier scans your return, your refund is issued within 3 business days.
Damaged or faulty
If anything arrives damaged or isn't working as it should, tell us at support@avorelco.com. We'll ship a replacement immediately, before you send anything back, and we'll cover every cost.
Replacement filters
Unopened filter packs are covered by the same 30-day promise. Opened filters can't be returned, but if a filter is ever faulty we'll replace it at no cost.
